Goal-Setting-Steps

Whats good people.

I hope you are all well.

We are now here – Summer has arrived – Hopefully some of you are into your programs by now, if not, at least you can use this information to help you with other projects. Let’s get straight into it.

Goal Setting

This should of been at the top of the list – But I wanted To give you the diet and exercise sequences first to get the ball rolling. And we kind of already know the goal here – Loose Fat/ Build muscle – But its important to discuss some of the psychology behind goal setting.

Its a like a business – A business has a mission statement of what it wants to achieve and where it wants to go – Setting Goals is no different.

Setting a goal helps you to know where you are going. It is your target destination so to speak.

So for example, if you want to achieve abs – Have a plan and know how you are going to get there. Know your meals and know the exercises you are going to execute.

If you want to loose fat, know how much fat in lbs/kg you want to loose.

If you want to gain muscle, know which program you are going to utilize.

I find the strategy/method S.M.A.R.T works a treat.

Why are you setting this goal?

Had enough of looking and feeling the same (always be grateful for what you have though) and just know that you deserve better if that is what you want.

Knowing these things helps you to stay in the zone and gives you a better overall perspective on your mission statement so to speak.

Hey Peeps,

How’s it all going.

I hope everyone is well.

Today I am here to talk about Motivation

What is Motivation and why is it important…

Motivation is the guiding force that will see us through our times of procrastination.

Motivation is the force that helps us get through those brick wall moments where you just feel like giving up.

You see, Motivation will help in you getting through your goals, daily challenges and help you to stay on top of your A game.

But staying Motivated isn’t always easy.

Especially with family, work and commitments, staying Motivated can seem like a real pain at times.

But fear not!

Below are 3 steps to help you with staying Motivated when the skies seem grey.

3 Steps To Staying Motivated

1) Writing Things Down – Writing things down keeps the vibration. It can help you remember why you started if it’s a goal for example. Try sticking post-its up around the house also to keep you aligned with your goals/task.

2) Talking to people close to you – Having someone to talk to is another powerful aid in helping you to stay on track. Conversation creates momentum within the psyche and helps you stay motivated by the energy it creates. The feeling good factor when you share with someone your achievements creates the hormone serotonin within you (the feeling good/happy chemical)

(If you don’t know anyone or aren’t really that social, you can make vlogs/video recordings talking to yourself – Watching them back and making notes can help you to keep on track.

3) Tracking Progress – Tracking your progress is a sure way to stay on track and to keep you on the ball. Another advantage to tracking your progress is that over time you can look back and see what has and hasn’t worked for you. The Winning Formula you can call it!
