Morning folks,

I started my Thursday morning with this motivation video I found on Youtube to get me pumped up for the day and I feel it can also get you going by adding some fuel to your already on going fire. Let me ask you some questions I pose to myself everyday:

1) Do you have any dreams?

2) Are you working towards something in life or are you waking up everyday and just breathing for the sake of it?

3) What is your life purpose and are you living that purpose?

4) Are you happy in life?

5) Do you have any goals in life and if so, what will it take for you to achieve them?

I believe that by asking ourselves these questions routinely everyday, we tap into what I call:

“Awareness”

This is awareness of ourselves, our actions and our thoughts.

Why we act the way we act, why we think the way we think and why we do what we do. Being conscious of the present moment will help to eliminate the ego and allow you to see a situation for what it is…But I’m coming off track now as always LOL.
