You got 5 minutes to spare?

I just watched this video and will continue to watch it everyday until it is programmed into my sub-conscious mind.

A short video but a powerful message which I feel could have a major impact on lives if applied correctly. It’s free information and doesn’t require a lot of effort to choose your words carefully.

If choosing to think about the words you use is too much for you, then I’m afraid that this video may not be for you.

HOWEVER, if you’re ready to make a change in your life and you are open to new ideas, concepts and exercises, then please step on board as this ship isn’t going to wait around forever…

Wassup peeps,

Let’s talk stretching real quick.

Now, regardless of whether you train or not, it is vital that you focus on stretching everyday.

We don’t realise how tight we are and the amount of tension we carry in our bodies until we are injured.

Stress causes tension in the body as well as training and stretching can help to release that tension.

Not only can tight muscles limit your range of movement, it can also contribute towards bad posture.

Bad posture can affect your mood and you mood can affect your posture – A vicious cycle, I know…

Just look a persons body language when they are depressed compared to when they are happy…

It’s only recently that I’ve become more in tune with my body and through becoming more in tune, I’ve found areas for improvement and stretching is one of them.

~In life, everything is balance~

I say that to say this, if you’re going to lift weights, know that you are shortening your muscles whilst they are contracting.

If you are going to shorten your muscles 5 x a week through strenuous exercise, it makes sense to either stretch them (lengthen) or perform an activity such as yoga which focuses on lengthening the muscles.

It’s all good having the sickest body on the beach or the biggest muscles in your gym, but when you can’t scrub your back because your muscles are too tight or you can’t bend down to pick up your child’s toy because your hamstrings are too tight or you have lower back pain (due to tightness somewhere in your body due to a lack of stretching) then you will wish that you had tuned into your body little sooner.

Even if you don’t train, remember that daily movements and day to day stress will cause tension and tightness in the body.

I know you’ll do what’s right anyway

My Facebook post are turning into mini blog post and I’m aware that not all of you follow me on FB, so from time to time I will post what I’ve written on FB and link it here as the knowledge and information is still related to the topics of this site.

I decided to call this the warm up as I have a whole lot to talk about on the subject of:

“Making that Change”

I have changed my life drastically over the last 5 years and I have studied what has helped me make the change (for the better mind you) and stick to it.

I have what it takes to help others make a positive change in their life’s and at this point I don’t even want any money for it. It’s my life purpose to be of service to others and if I help you in some way, shape or form, then I am doing my “true” job.

I started the year with my body fat hovering around 20%.

I will be finishing the year with my body fat under 10%.

You’ve literally watched me transform my body over the last 10 months.

I know a lot of you want to make a change for the better whether it be a new way of eating, thinking or something more personal to you.

Change isn’t always easy as a lot of the time it requires making changes to your current routine and sacrificing things you love.

But ask yourself this:

“Is the sacrifice that I’m going to make worth the end result”

It’s only when you find the true answer to this question that you can begin to proceed with taking the 1st step.

Life is what you make of it – If you perceive it to be hard, it will be hard. Changing your pattern of thinking is where the real change begins to take place.

Like I always say though…Believe nothing I say.

Go do the research for yourself and find truth within what I am saying.

To believe is to accept information without finding the truth in it for yourself. Would this then mean that you’re living a lie???

Hello Hi,

Wassup peeps, how are we all doing this week 😀

As always, I hope everyone is well.

I wanted to share another video with you guys (plus some of you have been requesting some more motivational material)

This video in particular gave me chills and made me want to step my game up another notch!

Never tell yourself you are working at 100% even when you know your giving it all you have. I would go as far as 99.9% knowing that within that small space to get to 100% there is always area for improvement. We need to stay hungry if we want to be successful, and with adopting this mind set we will always strive for more. The moment you get comfortable is the moment you loose the hunger which is the main ingredient for success – Ponder upon that last line for a moment.

People ask me what I do to keep motivated and watching videos is my thing. I not only watch videos, I also:

* Write my goals down and stick them up all around my house where I can always see them

* Have a small book with my goals that I carry around with me to keep me in remembrance of what I am striving and aiming for

* Have pictures up of the material goods I am chasing in this life time. For example – BMW’s, houses in Miami, electrical goods

* Physique’s of guys pictures I aspire to look like (You may question my sexuality when seeing ripped guys on my bedroom wall but I can promise you I am straight lol)

* Visualise very clearly everyday upon waking and going to bed what it is I am trying to achieve. This method helps to programme the sub conscious mind (which we work off 95% of the time) but that’s another subject within itself.

* Self talk – One of the biggest myths is that talking to yourself makes you crazy. Talking to yourself helps you to put things into perspective. I find it also helps you to rationalize things when in difficult situations.

When you are lacking motivation, just talk to yourself to help you remember why you are making the sacrifices and going through all this work. Ask yourself questions like:

*Why am I doing this?
*What am I trying to achieve?
*How long do I plan to do this for?
*Is there a easier and more effective method that I can be using which is less time consuming?

This is what I mean when I say talking to yourself helps you to rationalize sensibly and put things into a clearer perspective.

Talking to yourself aloud (preferably by yourself lol) is even more powerful. Try it whilst looking in the mirror and let me know if the effect is magnetised in anyway.

We all need to help each other and share our wisdom as even though we live individual lives, we are all collectively living as one – I hope that didn’t go over your head lol.

Help the man next to you for one day you may need his help…

Anyways, after my show and dieting is all over I will have some more time to share my new knowledge with you all which will cover different aspects of life and finding our true life’s purpose, nutrition made easy for you, methods of training in and out the gym and just having fun with it all.

As always, thank you for reading and getting involved – I am truly grateful. It’s over whelming some of the feedback I get from you guys. I started out this blog site with no intentions or any prior knowing of what direction I wanted it to go.

Now I will use it as a platform to share my insights, philosophies and to give back what I have received from others 😀

I love you all and may this blog post reach you in good spirit.

Hey folks,

How is everyone doing? I hope you’re all well.

2 weeks left until my fitness/bodybuilding competition at the WBFF European Championships taking place on November 9th 2013.

You may find that the show is titled as:  European Fitness and Model Spectacular – London UK – November 9 – I can confirm to you all that this is the same show.

The last few weeks have been a real learning experience for me. What do I mean exactly?

Well, I’ve learnt that I need to improve on my breathing for one. Through sports massages, yoga and stretching, I’ve learnt how tight my body has become over the last few years through bodybuilding and a lack of work on my flexibility. I’ve drastically changed my physique through nutrition and different methods of training  that I’m not used to and it’s made me really think about how amazing our bodies are and how we can change them with just a thought and some persistent work.

It’s almost as if I was suppose to do this show to become more in tune with my body and help others become more in tune with their body.

I’m 4 weeks into my holistic massage course and the amount of knowledge I’ve learnt already is amazing. I have a burning desire to share with you all what I am learning as I know it will benefit you.

I posted the below on my Facebook page and want to share it with you all….

Sometimes I sit back and ask myself:

“David, why do you endure all this pain in gym and eat clean all the time, you should be out there with all the other young people your age partying and boozing”

Then my higher self kicks in and say’s:

“David, through consistent training and clean eating you have learnt the basic principles to make one successful in this life time – Discipline, Persistence, Will power, Determination and the hunger to keep going even when it feels like you aren’t hungry no more”

Within that though, I have learnt balance – The balance between enjoying life and not letting fitness take over.

Through accomplishing my goals, dreams and aspirations I will also show others that they too can accomplish whatever it is they want from life.

It doesn’t take hard work, it takes smart work. The moment you call something hard your subconscious mind kicks in and everything you’ve ever associated with hard in this life time will boot up (as if it is a program on auto pilot)

This is why you need to be careful with the words you use down to the thoughts you think!

Like I always say though, never believe the information I give you – Go out and research it so you can find the truth within what I’m saying for yourselves!

The start of something new…

Today I’m was just throwing some random thoughts out there and letting you into my crazy world.

I’ve been blogging for over a year now and it’s lead me to want to write a book. I never knew I had writer skills to be fair and the blog started as just a random website to people now emailing me for advice or telling me thank you for a blog I’ve written. Truth be told, that’s strange to me or weird in a way as I never knew I had it in me.

What’s happened recently is, I’ve been searching into what life is about, why we are here as humans and trying to find out who I am as an individual – Search and you shall find right…Well, I have been searching and let’s just say that at the age of 24 I have found my life’s purpose and I now I feel I have it in me to help other find theirs.

Life isn’t all about the materials goods but living in the western world you would think that is the case!

I haven’t even got started with the things I want to share with you guys on this blog, but life has happened and my priorities have needed adjusting –  But stick with me as I may be able to help you in someway, shape or form and if I do that, then I am living my true life’s purpose…

You are all light…It’s time we took our light and shined it upon all the darkness and negativity around us in the world today.

Love, Peace and Blessings as always

David Richards

Morning folks,

I started my Thursday morning with this motivation video I found on Youtube to get me pumped up for the day and I feel it can also get you going by adding some fuel to your already on going fire. Let me ask you some questions I pose to myself everyday:

1) Do you have any dreams?

2) Are you working towards something in life or are you waking up everyday and just breathing for the sake of it?

3) What is your life purpose and are you living that purpose?

4) Are you happy in life?

5) Do you have any goals in life and if so, what will it take for you to achieve them?

I believe that by asking ourselves these questions routinely everyday, we tap into what I call:

This is awareness of ourselves, our actions and our thoughts.

Why we act the way we act, why we think the way we think and why we do what we do. Being conscious of the present moment will help to eliminate the ego and allow you to see a situation for what it is…But I’m coming off track now as always LOL.

Enjoy the video and have a great day guys 😀

Love and Blessings to you all

David Richards

Hey folks, I hope you’re all well.

I just posted this on my FB page and thought it would make a nice little introduction for a follow up blog post as I feel EVERYONE can benefit from this information 🙂

I’ll first start by saying, vegetables are filled with fiber, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and help to maintain a balanced diet.

Here are some benefits that you “may” be missing out on if your diet isn’t balanced with vegetables:

Fiber = Help with bowel movement. You may be constipated due to a lack of fiber.

Vitamins = The ability to prevent and treat various diseases including heart problems, high cholesterol levels, eye disorders, and skin disorders.

Minerals = Helps with proper functioning of the body. Most of the minerals aid in body metabolism, water balance, and bone health, but they can participate in hundreds of other small ways to effectively boost health as well.

AntiOxidants = Effective in preventing a number of age-related diseases. Clears the body of toxins and free radicals.

Today I’m just scratching the surface to help build a foundation of knowledge for those of you who don’t know this stuff or for those of you who could use a small reminder 😉

As today is just the introduction, I will expand further when I get some more time and list some vegetables and recipes 😀

Keep learning, Keep reading and Keep researching as:

“Knowledge is the key that will set us free”

Hey guys,

I hope you’re all good. I just posted the below on my FB page and after reading it back to myself, my intuition told me to post it on here for you guys, so here goes:

Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult situations searching for the reason as to why we are facing the difficulty at the time but it doesn’t work like that..

We must let things be and as time goes on, the reason for that difficult situation we previously faced will surely reveal itself upon being placed in another situation.

Life is filled with ups and downs, happy times and heart aches.

Remain strong and remember it’s OK to feel down/negative at times.

The key is to not let the negativity take over your being and consume you!

Since the last video I posted on Law of Attraction, it seems a lot of you are already clued up about the topic. However, there are those of you who came into that sort of information for the first time upon watching the video and it appears you want to learn more on the subject as it is quite interesting and leaves you with lot’s to think about 😀

Today I invite you all to listen to this short Mp3 clip taken from Earl Nightingales:

“The Strangest Secret”

Although short, the information contained within this Mp3 will hopefully open your eyes to another side of life – Another side of life which we deserve to know about…

I’m not here to discuss Law of Attraction with sceptics… I’m simply here to relay information which has helped me greatly within my life, my families life, my friends who are conscious, and a whole list of celebrities including Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and Will Smith who in my opinion were/are the best at what they do and have generated a mass amount of wealth via their success.

For those who are interested in the subject and want more information or simply want to discuss the topic further, please do not hesitate to contact me.

REMEMBER – An Idea/Thought + Intention + Attention = Results

We all deserve to live a truly joyful and blissful life – Let’s get together and focus on making it happen!

Much Love and Peace to You ALL
