Hey guys,

How is everyone doing. I’ve found a video hidden on Youtube and wanted to share it with you all. Have you heard of “The Law of attraction” before?

This video has changed my perception on how I perceive my relationship with both money and work. If you’ve watched the movie “The Secret” then I’m sure you’ll appreciate this video.

This video will open up your eyes to a lot of things and really make you think about life and what is you want to do with your life.

I feel it’s about time we really started enjoying the lives we
deserve to enjoy and I believe this video will help us in doing so.

Everything starts with a thought…Money, Relationships, Work, Keeping fit…They are all manifestations of your thoughts.

Find the right balance between protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats for a balanced mind, body and soul. Nutrition plays a big part in who you are AND who you’ll become over the years…Think about that…

You can look at someone and guesstimate how they’ve been eating over the past 1-2 years…

What will people guesstimate when they see you?

**Obesity and diabetes are linked with Nutrition

**State of mind is linked to Nutrition

**How you feel about yourself is linked to Nutrition

**Your performance is linked to Nutrition 

And did you know that Nutrition also plays a a vital role in how you sleep???

Please don’t believe the information I relay to you…

Hey guys,

I hope everyone is well. Just a quick message to let you all know that I’m still about and haven’t slipped of the blogging wagon 😀

I’m 7 weeks out from my fitness/bodybuilding competition @ the WBFF European Championships on November 9th and I have been prepping real hard for the show. On top of that I’m currently working on a few fitness projects, working full time and trying to squeeze in my regular clients – Yes I have a lot on at the moment. Due to this, I haven’t had the time to blog as much.

I start part time hours as of next week so I will have more time to direct my energy towards blogging 🙂

I felt I had to give you all a courtesy update as blogging is close to my heart and I realise that a lot of you look forward to the quotes of the week, the fitness post or even some of the metaphysical stuff that I tap into – Trust me when I say… I’m still here guys 😀

The picture above is a result of the training, eating and sleeping which has occurred over the past year –  and recently due to the comp I’ve had to step things up a tad (well a lot lol)

Please bare with me and thank you for taking your time to even read this.

First and foremost apologies for the lack of updates recently. I have been very busy as of late with work, preparing for my competition, working my 9-5 and trying to keep my clients in check – It’s safe to say I’ve taken on a lot lol.

I love being busy and I’m learning to balance my time as I move forward in life.
