Just a quick one today…..

Our health is very important and without it we cannot go very far in life as it’s our health that keeps us strong and in a state of balance…I feel this is something we can all agree on…

Hence why I thought it would be important to share this chart with you all today. (Do your own research on this one, as many charts vary!)

Wassup people,

How’s everybody doing on this fine Monday.

The weekend is over and we are back on that Monday cycle.

Most people dislike Mondays and for a good reason LOL – You’ve just had a few days of freedom and now you are back to that 9-5 grind! Early starts, late finish I hear some of you say. I know how it goes. But there is light at the end of that tunnel, trust me!

That’s why you gotta try and find something that you love or at least find bearable.

I find that what helps us go through in life is setting goals. It adds depth to day to day living. Rather than just grinding to live, we are also working towards something rewarding.

 

A goal could be anything from loosing weight to saving up for a new car.

 

But when setting goals, a lack of motivation will hold you back and can be seen as a measure of how far you can take that goal.

The video I want to share with you guys today is a video that somewhat changed my life back in 2011.

 

I had no direction in my life. I was lost.

 

I’ve shared it on here before previously, but the message is so powerful that I felt the need to share it again in hopes that you can take something from it (and some of you may not have seen it before)

 

 

Motivation is your friend if you allow it to be…

Hey Whats Good People,

How is everybody doing? Hope everyone is good and well and enjoying what looks like the start of summer. The clocks have officially gone forward, so we are starting to see longer days.

In the gym where I work, women have already started asking me for their summer plans. You know that time of year where we all start getting ready for our summer holidays.

Remember, training alone won’t get you the results you need. You also need to follow a disciplined nutritional plan that will not only help you to see quicker results, but will also help you to live a healthier life style.

Not all of us can get to the gym due to our work schedules and hectic lifestyles. So utilise the space around you and make the best of your time.

New Goals, New Success, New Money, New Job, New Relationships – Now is the time to embrace the new. If you’re into Numerology, they say that it is the year of the 1 which represents new beginnings!

I haven’t written anything in ages – I’ve been working full time and trying to balance out my life since moving home last year. Blogging had to take a side step whilst I got my priorities in check. Plus I needed time to get my mind right…

But it is a New Year and I am feeling better than ever and I hope you are too.

At the start of the new year we all need some Motivation, especially mid week where things can get a bit tiresome. So I hope you find the below video helpful whatever your situation.

Whats good people – I hope everyone is well. I haven’t been around much this year as life has taken a hold of me. I’m working full time again and after moving home in January, me and my family are now feeling settled.

My neck injury has also healed and I have the thumbs up to start training again.

Feeling settled and motivated six months into the year, I thought I’d hit you up with some Friday/Weekend motivation – I hope you enjoy.

2016 – TIME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Hey Guys,

Happy New Year everybody. I hope you are all well and had a wonderful Christmas.

Sorry I’ve been so quiet as of late. I’ve had a neck injury since late October and haven’t been to the gym or fully functional since, but I’ve been surviving and pushing through. I think I either slept badly or pulled something at the gym (who knows – I’m not one to speculate)

I’ve also been going through the process of moving home, and as you can imagine moving home can be very tiring and stressful – But me and the family are all good never the less.

How is everyone doing though – I hope you are all ready for a new year ahead, have lot’s of goals planned and aren’t feeling to stuffed from Christmas LOL.

This year I will be dropping my highly anticipated e-book online for free with the hope of writing more as time goes on. Finding publishers to put your stuff out there isn’t easy and although self publishing does exist, in order for me to make any money from writing, I’d need to grow my following to 50,000 plus (no easy task) but I’m confident the Universe will work something out for me (just gotta have faith and keep putting that work in)

Anyhoo, that’s me for today as I’m now on my way back to my old house to finish clearing up the rest of the junk that is just lying there (the amount of stuff me and my family have accumulated over the last 9 years is just beyond me LOL)

No promises people, but I look to be back soon to give you lot some more QOTW, Fat Loss Tips, New Exercises, Motivational content and anything thing else that y’all request (Just email me a topic and I’ll blog about it if I have the knowledge)

In life, it’s hard to make promises sometimes as you never know what blockages are going to be in the way, and this I have come to learn.
